What happens at the feedback limit?
You get warning states at 80% and 100%. Intake keeps accepting through a 10% grace band, then hard-stops until you upgrade or the month resets.
Do survey responses count as feedback?
Yes. When auto-convert to feedback is enabled, each survey response consumes one unit of feedback capacity.
Can Solo buy credit packs?
Solo can top up credits anytime, but GitHub repo import stays on Pro, Team, Enterprise, and Founders.
What does the Knowledge Base file limit mean?
It is the number of files you can store per product, not a file-size limit. Each file can be up to 20 MB, with 500 MB of total Knowledge Base storage per product.
What changes for Founders?
Founders is a temporary Alpha offer at €59/mo, monthly only, locked in through Alpha plus 12 months after general availability.
