How does the trial work?
14 days with Pro plan limits and 1,500 one-time AI credits, no card required. It ends after 14 days; an active subscription is required to continue credit-consuming AI work. Credit packs bought during the trial are spent after the trial credits and never extend it.
How do annual plans handle AI credits?
Annual plans are billed once a year, but the AI credit pool renews every month. Unused monthly credits don't roll over; purchased credit packs do.
What happens at the feedback limit?
The feedback limit is the total number of feedback items stored in each product; it does not reset monthly. Intake keeps accepting through a 10% grace band, then pauses until you upgrade or remove items.
Do survey responses count as feedback?
Yes. When auto-convert to feedback is enabled, each survey response consumes one unit of feedback capacity.
Can Solo buy credit packs?
Solo can top up credits anytime, but GitHub repo import stays on Pro, Team, Enterprise, and Founders.
What does the Knowledge Base pages and files limit mean?
Each selected URL page or uploaded document uses one Knowledge Base item. An uploaded file can be up to 20 MB. A grouped URL source can be up to 100 MB. Total Knowledge Base storage stays at 500 MB per product.

Founders is a temporary Alpha offer at €59/mo, monthly only, locked in through Alpha plus 12 months after general availability.
